Robert Keirstead is currently acting as LLC member and President for Keirstead Investment Group. His previous experience includes two entrepreneurial startup companies, over thirty years of leadership positions and eighteen years serving as President or Vice president in several companies in multiple business categories.
Specialties: Strategic Planning and Goal Execution, Leadership and Employee Development, Vendor Procurement and Relations, Problem Solving, Budget Projections and Trends, Negotiations, Sales (business to business and retail), Creative Development, Opportunity Procurement, and is a Technology Specialist.
JACKELIN P OROZCO

Jackelin Orozco is currently acting as LLC member and President for Keirstead Investment Group. Her previous experience brings over 15 years of direct management experience, 5 years of regional management overseeing multiple locations with over 30 staff and over 20 years of business accounting knowledge. Jackelin brings a personal skill set of being bilingual in Spanish and English, understanding management for the Latin culture, 6 years of sale experience ( phone and in person), and a proud graduate of Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Initiative.
CHRIS FINNIN, ED. D

Dr. Chris Finnin is Clinical Professor and Director of General Business Studies at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia. He teaches Introduction to Business and Entrepreneurship and is responsible for curriculum development & design for freshman business courses in LeBow. In addition, Dr. Finnin serves on numerous committees within the College and University including the Honors College Faculty Advisory Board, the Business Learning Community Advisory Board and the LeBow College of Business Dean’s Council. He has played an active role in assessment and assurance of learning within the LeBow College of Business and is responsible for maintaining the College-wide writing assessment and assurance of learning plan.
He serves on the board of directors of Involvio. Involvio helps colleges and universities drive student engagement from orientation to graduation using the power of mobile technology.
In November of 2015, Dr. Finnin was awarded the Dean’s Distinguished Teaching Fellowship in the LeBow College of Business. In addition, he was the 2010 recipient of Drexel University’s prestigious Barbara G. Hornum Award for Teaching Excellence, an award given to the top teaching professor at the University.
Chris earned his Doctorate of Educational Leadership and Management with an emphasis in Higher Education from Drexel University. His dissertation, titled: “A Program Analysis: Examining the Effects of a Residential Business Learning Community on Academic Achievement and University Engagement” addressed a need in the literature by examining the effects of learning communities in the years following participation in a first-year learning community. In addition to his work surrounding learning communities, Dr. Finnin co-authored an article titled: “The Impact of ePortfolios on Student Learning” which was published in the International Journal of Business & Social Research in 2012. Additionally, Dr. Finnin recently co-authored an article titled, “Measuring Quality, Evaluating Curricular Change: Methods and Results of a Large, Seven-Year Assessment of Undergraduate Business Student Writing”. The article was published in April 2016 in the Journal of Business and Technical Communication. He has presented at numerous local, regional and national conferences on topics focusing on teaching, learning, and pedagogy.
